FREE BEGINNING KNITTING
We offer free classes for beginners. Bring your own needles and yarn if you have them or get a 10% discount on yarn and needles the day of the class. This is a very, very basic class. You've always wanted to learn how to knit. Here is your chance. Call us to schedule.
Class dates: Every Saturday
Time: 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
WEAVING CLASSES
Dale can teach you to weave, no matter what your level is. Classes are $12.00 per hour. Take one class at a one or schedule as many as you want. Call us to schedule.
BEGINNING SPINNING
You can learn to spin your own yarn! Yes, indeed! Pam and Dale will teach you. Learn fiber basics, drop spinning and wheel spinning, all in the same class. This is a 3-1/2 hour class that you schedule when YOU want to take it. You will leave the shop with a skein of your own handspun yarn.

LOOM KNITTING
Using a peg loom, you will learn to make hats, scarves, slippers, purses and more without using knitting needles. No skills needed to do this. Children can learn this craft also. Call for material list & cost.

NEEDLEFELTING
Beginning needlefelting! Learn to do basic needlefelting techniques. Everything you need for the class is included. Make and take a cute piece of holiday decor for your home or a gift. This is a make it-take it class.

LOCKERHOOKING
Similar to latch hook, lockerhooking uses canvas as a base. This technique is easy to learn and fun to do. Uses a hook that is part crochet, part needle.

Toe Up on Circular Needles w/Dale
or Cuff Down on Double Pointed Needles w/Pam. Don't know which one to choose? Call us! You must have basic knitting skills already mastered for this class.

PRIMITIVE RUG HOOKING
This is rugmaking technique brought back from the 1900s, using strips of felted wool and a hook on canvas. Easy to learn, fun to do. A beginning class. Taught by Marilyn.

KITCHEN SCRUBBIES
Learn to crochet strips of nylon to make useful, durable kitchen scrubbies. This class is taught by Ann the Scrubby Queen.

Truly a class for beginners.....this class will teach you how to make basic crochet stitches. Ann will teach you how to hold a crochet hook and make simple projects.
